Through precise measurements, we also optimize amplifier and signal processing parameters to extract maximum performance and efficiency from the speaker.

We offer clients an extensive suite of services to accurately measure loudspeaker performance, encompassing acoustic, electrical, and optical analysis.

Acoustic Measurements: We determine key characteristics such as frequency and phase response, distortion levels, and directivity patterns. Our advanced equipment is capable of measuring sound pressure levels up to 160 dB.

Electrical Measurements: We analyse parameters like impedance response, amplifier power across different frequencies, and voltage levels at the drivers. These measurements enable us to configure appropriate safeguards against power surges, thereby protecting speaker drivers, extending their operational lifespan, and ensuring safe performance even at high power outputs.

Optical (Laser) Measurements: Our specialized laser measurement system allows us to precisely quantify the mechanical movement of any object from a distance of up to 30 meters. This technology enables us to measure vibration frequencies up to 320 kHz, as well as an object's displacement, acceleration, and velocity.

In loudspeaker analysis, laser measurements are invaluable for studying enclosure resonances or determining a driver's maximum excursion. This data empowers us to refine enclosure designs and optimize driver settings based on precise mechanical behaviour.
